Ahoy, Nakama! These terms govern your voyage through LOVINOP.com. By using our site, you agree to these rules—just like the Straw Hat Crew follows their dreams!
1. Introduction
- Scope: These terms apply to all purchases, website use, and services from LOVINOP (hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “our”) .
- Updates: We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted online. Check the “Last Updated” date .
2. Orders & Payments

3. Shipping & Delivery
- Timelines: 3–7 days (US), 10–20 days (international). Delays from customs (“Marine HQ inspections”) or logistics are not our liability .
- Tracking: All orders include a Den Den Mushi tracking link via email once shipped .
- Risk Transfer: Product loss/damage risks transfer to you upon delivery .
4. Returns & Refunds
- Window: 30 days from delivery for unused, tagged items. Custom art (e.g., portrait of Luffy) is non-returnable .
- Process: Email support@lovinop.com with order number + photos. We cover return shipping only for defective items .
- Refunds: Issued within 3 business days via original payment method .
5. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All website designs, product art, and logos (e.g., Straw Hat Jolly Roger) are owned by LOVINOP. Unauthorized use = “Shichibukai-level infringement!” ⚔️ .
- User Content: Reviews/photos submitted to us may be used for marketing (e.g., sharing your Zoro painting on Instagram) .
6. Limitations of Liability
- Product Use: We are not liable for misuse (e.g., using Sanji’s knife set as actual swords!) .
- Third Parties: Links to external sites (e.g., fan wikis) are not governed by our terms .
- Force Majeure: Delays from events beyond our control (wars, natural disasters) do not entitle compensation .
7. Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: California law applies (like the Marines’ jurisdiction!) .
- Process: Disputes resolved via negotiation → mediation → litigation in San Diego courts .
8. Privacy & Data
- Collection: We gather data (name, email, address) solely for order processing. No resale to third parties—not even for Berries! .

9. Termination
